Group Cruises
If you have a group of family &
friends, club/organization,
meeting/incentive, you may qualify
for additional amenities and/or
lower cruise fares. Please contact
us so that we may give you a
customized quote. We will review
with you how you can earn cruise
credits (cruise for free or return
credit back to group).
In addition, we can obtain pricing
for you for any type of additional
requirements that you may need for
your group. FYI - Meeting rooms
onboard ship are complimentary, as
are any refreshments required, or AV
equipment - plan well in advance so
that we can reserve these rooms for
your meeting prior to sailing.
Q: How
many people are needed for the
cruise line to extend group
status?
A. This varies by cruise
line, destination, and length of
sailing. However, for a seven
day Caribbean or Alaska cruise,
the major cruise lines define a
group as a minimum of 8 cabins
at double occupancy, for a total
counted towards the group of 16
people. This is for a group
customized/reserved, just for
your participants.
Q: How soon should I make
reservations to qualify for
group status?
A. It is best to contact
us ASAP so that we can check to
see if the cruise line still has
the sailing date/ship open to
set up a group. We suggest that
you plan your group with us
about 12 months prior to
departure, if possible.
Our agency passes all earned
amenities, lower cruise fares
and cruise credits earned back
to the group.
Q: What procedure should I
follow to reserve a group?
A. Contact us and ask for
one of our experienced group
specialists. We have handled
groups from 10 people, to over
300 people, during the course of
our 22 years in business.
We will review
various sailing date/ships, types of
cabins, and help you to determine
which ship best fits your group's
needs. Depending upon
the size of your group and your
needs, we will either print
informational/reservation flyers for
you, at no charge, to distribute to
your group, or set up a
specialized group specific Web site
for you, at no charge!
Cruise lines change their group
policies/amenities yearly, so please
contact us for a no obligation
complimentary consultation.
We are happy to help you!
